I've got a soft spot for Embershard Mine. Anniversary Edition adding fishing definitely helps things.

For as old as the game is, Skyrim is quite pretty at times.

Fishing is probably the best addition Bethesda made to this game. Can't imagine playing without it now.

I have very mixed feelings for the Dawnguard DLC, but man, it's cool.
